Leaks: What to do if you find a leak

If you have a leak on your supply pipe, it is your responsibility (if you are the property owner) to ensure that the leak is repaired promptly.

If you think there is a leak on the pipes supplying your property, e-mail the Leakspotters team immediately by clicking here (please remember to include your address and phone number).
1. External leaks:
If you believe you may have a leak contact us and we will visit to check and offer you further advice.
2. Internal leaks:
If you have a leak on a pipe inside your premises, or running directly under your premises, you will need to call in a plumber to undertake the repair.
If there is any damage caused by leaks we advise you to contact your insurers as soon as possible.
