has been dealt with the Consumer Council For Water Eastern is an independent
body that represents all customers of water and
sewerage companies in the eastern region. The Consumer Council For Water
is keen to hear from customers and to promote their
interests in respect of the service they want to
receive from their local water company.
If once we have
dealt with your enquiry or claim for compensation
you still remain dissatisfied with the service you
have received, you may refer the matter to the Consumer Council For Water
Eastern.
Under a binding
mediation agreement we will accept their recommendation
for any compensation payments that may be due to
