If you feel that you are
receiving persistently poor pressure at your water
tap, call us on 01206 399333 and we will investigate
free of charge. We aim to maintain a minimum pressure
of 15 metres static head at our stopcock at the
boundary of your property.
If, however, the pressure
falls below 7 metres for an hour or more on two
occasions in any period of 28 days, you will be
entitled to compensation.
