We aim to deliver a safe,
reliable and high quality water supply to your
home backed up by an equally efficient customer
service.
If our service has
fallen below the standards set, we will pay compensation
promptly. In some cases we make automatic payments
without the need for you to make a claim. In other
cases you will need to make a claim.
Usually we will
credit automatic payments to your bill, and we will
always write and tell you what we have done. If
we fail to give an automatic payment or credit within
10 working days of the payment becoming due, you
will be entitled to a further payment on submission
of a written claim which must be received by us
within three months.
