you may find it easier to pay by more frequent
instalments. Both weekly and fortnightly instalment
options are available. If you are in receipt of
Income Support or Jobseekers Allowance it may
be possible to arrange for the Benefits Agency
to pay your water bill directly to us.

The Company operates
a Code of Practice on Debt Recovery which is designed

There are also a number of advice agencies such
as the Citizen's Advice Bureau and Social Services
departments who are able to offer further independent
information and assistance to customers facing
difficulty in paying their water bill.
Eos Foundation
The Eos foundation is an independent charitable trust launched in March 2004 which aims to assist customers to overcome the burden of debt.
