Hosepipe License
If you are not on a meter and wish to use a hosepipe, you must pay the license fee in full in addition to the rateable value charge, or have a meter fitted. The licence fee covers the full year commencing 1 April. If you choose to have a meter fitted part way through the year for which a hosepipe licence has been purchased, a refund will be calculated on a pro-rata basis from the date of meter installation. If you have previously notified us that you wish to use a hosepipe, the annual charge of £34.50 will automatically be added to your account. Hosepipe licences are not issued but payment of the licence fee will be noted on the Company's records.
Swimming pool
If you have a swimming pool with a capacity of greater than 10,000 litres, the Company requires you to have a meter fitted. Remember: using unlicensed water could lead to prosecution. |

| Your sewerage service is provided by Anglian Water but we collect charges on their behalf.
